Southern Machinery Company welcomed job seekers to an outdoor, on-site Hiring Event set up under our canopy, creating a relaxed, face-to-face space to talk careers, craftsmanship, and opportunities at SMC. Candidates met our team, asked questions in real time, and got a feel for the work we do in manufacturing equipment for the aggregate industry.

The event focused heavily on Fabricator positions, with an added incentive of a $2,500 sign-on bonus for those who attended and were hired for this position.
