Giving Back Through Community Partnership
At Southern Machinery Company, supporting our customers and giving back to the communities we serve is always a priority. Last Thursday and Friday, members of our team were proud to participate in the Vulcan Materials Company Cure Finders Charity Clay Shoot, an event dedicated to raising funds to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis.
Building Connections While Supporting a Great Cause
The event created a great opportunity to connect with customers, strengthen relationships, and support an important cause. In addition to participating in the tournament, Southern Machinery hosted a raffle during the two-day event featuring a custom 64-inch Yeti cooler etched with the Southern Machinery name along with additional company swag.
Together, the raffle raised an additional $1,040 for Cure Finders.
Strong Team Performance
Our team was also proud to see strong performances during the event. Southern Machinery Team 5 earned an 8th-place finish on Friday with a score of 317.
A Meaningful Experience
Chealsea, Southern Machinery Staff Accountant, shared:
