NSSGA’s Agg1 tradeshow is returning to Nashville, TN from March 25-27, 2024. At Southern Machinery, we can hardly contain our excitement, not only about attending the event, but also about our company’s proximity to the trade show location! If you’re planning on attending the aggregate industry’s leading exposition, be sure to stop by Southern Machinery. We’re located only 15 minutes away and have some exciting equipment on-site and ready for purchase from our MC product line.  Designed and fabricated in the USA, this equipment has been field tested by our own crushing teams for quality and durability. 

The MC3060 Stackable Conveyor

The MC3060 Stackable Conveyor is designed to be easily transportable.  It features a skid-mounted design for mobility.  It is 60’ long and has a belt width of 30”.  With 20 horsepower direct drive it is a versatile and efficient solution for transporting bulk material. One of the key features of this conveyor is its ability to stack on top of other conveyors of the same model.  This feature enables efficient storage and shipping.

The MC1215 Bin

The designation “MC1215B” refers to the dimensions of the bin’s top opening, 12’ X 15’ and “B” is bin.  The MC1215B is designed with features that allow for easy loading and unloading of materials.  It is equipped with a 42” belt width conveyor and 36 cubic yard receiving hopper.

The MC300HPS-CC Cone Plant

Designed, fabricated, and built in the USA, the MC300HPS-CC is a complete circuit plant.  It contains a Metso HP300 Cone Crusher and a Metso FS303CL 6’ X 20’ 3 deck screen.  There is walkway access around three sides of the screen and the circuit is completed by four conveyors.

The MC816 Bin

The opening of the MC816 Bin is 8’ X 16’.  It has a belt feeder that is 36” in width and can accommodate large volumes of material.  Like the MC1215B, it is equipped with features that allow for easy loading and unloading of materials.  It also has a 14 cubic yard receiving hopper.
